The National Sexual Health Helpline is a free and confidential service. You can use it to get information on anything related to sexual health, including pregnancy, contraception, STIs or sexual assault. The service is provided by Public Health England. Call the Sexual Health Helpline free on 0300 123 7123 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 11am to 3pm.
